Folkestone Senior Living is a progressive “green” community in Wayzata, MN. They chose environmentally friendly Rango Calabria 3d textured and glazed stone effect porcelain tiles as an alternative to natural slate.

This stone look entrance hall, installed by Twin Cities Tile & Marble, uses 20″ x 20″, 13″ x 13″, and 12″ x 24″ Brown Calabria tiles.

Compared to natural stone flooring, stone effect porcelain tile is light weight and easy to ship. Finely crafted Rango Calabria tiles are manufactured with 21% recycled content.

Stone effect tiles can have the look of realistic slate, granite, marble– even gneiss while preserving the natural environment.
