Founded by Rich Moorhead, Art of Board, in partnership with i Ride i Recycle, keeps broken skateboards out of landfills by reincarnating them as unique and eye-catching wall tiles.

These two installations of Art of Board’s signature skateboard tiles exemplify the playful, friendly, and contemporary character of these cool recycled tiles.

Featuring skateboard tile from Art of Board on the front of the reception desk, as well as Viva Statale 9 wood-look plank tiles on the wall, this lobby feels like a cross between the skatepark and summer camp – putting young patients at ease in a what can be a stressful environment.

In interior designs conceived by Fulson Design and installed by Flemming Tile, Art of Board skateboard tiles embody the perennial vitality of Uptown in the Ackerberg Group’s sprightly development in Minneapolis. Units in this high-traffic, high-visibility location are available now.

The elevators on the first and second floors of 1300 Lagoon are framed by Art of Board skateboard tile accent walls. The natural texture of plywood combined with the highly energetic printed graphics communicates an aura of organic and free-spirited creativity and renewal.
