May 18-June 9 - ASID Showcase House (Rubble Tile is the sole tile sponsor for this event.) - Cathedral Hill in St Paul.

Description: This 9000+ sf. home is on the historic register. Since it was built in 1888, it has had many transformations, its last being a nursing home. It is the intent of the homeowners to convert it into a combination B&B and private home for their family of five. The B&B consists of four bed and bath suites (one is ADA compliant), dining room, drawing room, powder room and a reception area with a snuggery. The residence encompasses three levels with kitchen, dining, master suite, three children’s bedrooms and several family common spaces. There is also a grotto-style wine cellar.
